Professional Photography and Refunds

Basic Refund Policy

Wedding Photography

Refunds are covered in the following guidelines

  • Where an engagement deposit is taken and a date is confirmed the deposit is not refundable in the case of a cancellation of the wedding engagement
  • Where a full deposit is made and the wedding shoot is cancelled within 30 days of the wedding the full deposit is not refundable
  • Where a full payment is made and the wedding shoot is cancelled 14 days or less before the wedding shoot, there will be no refund

Portrait Photography Location/Studio Shoot

  • If a deposit is made it is not refundable under any circumstances
  • If a full payment id made and the date is cancelled within 14 days of the shoot, then a 50% refund of the full amount will be refunded
  • If a location shoot is paid in full and the participants fail to show up the payment is not refunded and a new shoot date should be re-booked
  • If a location shoot is paid in full and for reasons of bad weather the shoot cannot go ahead, there will be no refund but a new date will be established

Product Photography

  • Payment for any product shoot will not be refunded however a new shoot will be arranged for the customer satisfaction

Discounted shopping voucher photography

  • Refunds are generally governed by the relative marketing organisation

Photography Prints and enlargements

  • Refunds will not be made regarding prints that have been ordered
  • If a print is defective in any way, a refund will not be issued however, consideration may be made for a suitable replacement print or enlargement
